Antje Weithaas (violin) and Dénes Várjon (piano) perform four of Beethoven's violin sonatas (Op. 12/3 and all three of Op. 30) on modern instruments at the Pierre Boulez Saal, as part of a season-long cycle of the complete Beethoven violin sonatas presented in parallel with a historically informed performance by Alina Ibragimova and Cédric Tiberghien.
