Konfirmandenarbeit
**Konfirmandenarbeit** (German for "confirmation work") refers to Protestant church programs in which young people—usually around ages 12–14—are prepared for their confirmation through religious instruction, group activities, and community life. It aims to deepen their knowledge of the Christian faith, encourage personal reflection, and strengthen their connection to the church community.
