Probe Palongo Trommelgruppe
This appears to be a rehearsal session ("Probe" is German for rehearsal) of the Palongo drum group, a percussion/trommel ensemble. Participants likely gather to practice and play drums together, possibly in a community or samba-style drumming tradition.
