Praxis-Workshop
This hands-on workshop at Vulkanhof teaches the 2,000-year-old traditional art of cheesemaking, taking participants from a farm tour ("from goat to cheese") through making their own feta-style cheese in a small kettle. Participants also sample six farm-made products with bread and mineral water and take home their homemade cheese, an apron, and a goat cheese cookbook.
