Festa degli Scorpioni
This appears to be a festive musical event, likely a concert or party, featuring performances by the artists Bargainatt and Controcanto ("counter-melody" in Italian). Since I don't have specific details about this event, you may want to check the venue or organizers for exact information about the date, location, and program.
