Samba Made in Berlin - Fällt aus!
This appears to be a Samba music/dance event in Berlin ("Made in Berlin") that has unfortunately been cancelled ("Fällt aus!" = "Cancelled!"). Likely a Brazilian samba performance, workshop, or party scheduled to take place in Berlin, the announcement notifies attendees that the event will no longer happen.
