French Croissant Baking Class
This three-hour hands-on baking class in the East Village, led by a professional pastry chef, teaches participants of all skill levels how to make traditional croissants, pain au chocolat, and savory ham and cheese croissants. Attendees leave with fresh pastries to take home and the skills to recreate them on their own.
