Stockhausen: Inori
Inori is a large-scale work by German composer Karlheinz Stockhausen, subtitled "Prayers," written for two solo mimes and orchestra. The piece combines music with ritualized, dance-like prayer gestures performed by the mimes, exploring devotional movement inspired by prayer practices from various world cultures.
