Requiem zum Leitungswechsel
**Requiem zum Leitungswechsel** appears to be a humorous or ceremonial piece (likely a song, poem, or skit) written to mark a change in leadership or management of an organization—framed mock-solemnly as a "requiem" bidding farewell to the departing leadership while welcoming the new.
