A guided tour of the Doberan Minster, a former Cistercian monastery built over 850 years ago, showcases its unique Gothic brick architecture and more than 100 extraordinary furnishings, including the world's oldest winged altar (c. 1300), stained glass windows, choir stalls, and centuries-old burial monuments. Tours run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m., with an optional follow-up city tour.
