November Porc 2026 is the 24th edition of a popular autumn food festival in Emilia-Romagna, held over four weekends (November 6–29) in the towns of Sissa, Polesine Parmense, Zibello, and Roccabianca along the Strada del Culatello. The event celebrates pork and local cured meats like Culatello di Zibello DOP with tastings, markets, giant salami giveaways, live music, and traditional menus at local
