Elisa Lecuyer Raconte "Las Mujeres Del Bolero" at 38 Riv
Elisa Lecuyer performs "Las Mujeres Del Bolero" at 38 Riv, a Habanero cabaret exploring the hidden female composers behind beloved boleros like "Bésame mucho" and "Dos gardenias," and how this music offered a path to emancipation for women in an era when the women's rights movement was still in its infancy.
