The 11th Annual Course for Microscopic and Endoscopic Approaches to the Skull Base is a four-day medical training event (November 4–7, 2026) held at the Center for Surgical Innovations and The Benson Hotel in Aurora, Colorado, where surgeons and clinicians learn advanced microscopic and endoscopic techniques for treating skull base conditions through hands-on education and expert instruction.
