Lamento für Rosa
This memorial matinee commemorates the November pogrom of 1938 with a piano concert by British composer Frederick Stocken and organist Christopher Skelton-Foord at the Jewish Museum in Fürth. Stocken will perform his lament dedicated to his grandmother Rosa Bechhöfer, who was murdered in Auschwitz and lived in Fürth, connecting his music to his family's history of remembrance and loss.
