Baby Dronte
**Baby Dronte** refers to a depiction or concept of a baby dodo bird ("Dronte" being an alternate name for the dodo, *Raphus cucullatus*). It typically describes a charming, fluffy chick of the extinct flightless bird once native to Mauritius, often imagined or illustrated as a cute, downy hatchling.
