NWG Utrecht
This appears to be a notice for an event hosted by NWG Utrecht (the Dutch Wine Guild's Utrecht chapter). Non-members of the Utrecht department are asked to register in advance by emailing secretariaat@wijngildeutrecht.nl — likely a wine tasting or guild gathering.
