Capelle aan den IJssel
It looks like "Capelle aan den IJssel" is a place name — a town in the Netherlands near Rotterdam — rather than a specific event. Could you share more details about the event you'd like summarized, such as a description, flyer text, or announcement? Then I'd be happy to write a 1–2 sentence summary for you.
