SPEDIZIONI SOSPESE DAL 23 OTTOBRE AL
This appears to be a shipping suspension notice in Italian, stating that shipments ("spedizioni") are suspended from October 23rd until an unspecified date. It's likely a store announcement informing customers that orders will not be dispatched during this period, typically due to holidays, inventory, or business closure.
