This is an 18-session Taekwon-Do course for adults at the Empore Turnhalle in Olching, meeting Tuesdays from 18:45–20:15 starting September 15, 2026 (€118). Led by Giorgio Affé, the course teaches traditional Korean unarmed self-defense while promoting fitness, concentration, self-confidence, and self-discipline, with the option of belt examinations at semester's end.
