Konferenz
This appears to be an award ceremony or conference centered on the DBF trophy — likely the AIAA Design/Build/Fly (DBF) aviation competition, in which student teams design, build, and fly radio-controlled aircraft, with the "Pokal" (German for trophy/cup) presented to the winning team.
