ELEKTRA - 750 PS Vergangenheitsüberwältigung
This appears to be a German-language piece about the ELEKTRA, an electric vehicle producing 750 PS (roughly 750 horsepower), with the title suggesting the car's sheer performance "overwhelms the past" — i.e., outclasses traditional combustion-engine sports cars.
