Digitale Hilfe is a free, no-registration drop-in session at the Stadtbibliothek im Motorama in Munich on 27 October 2026 (12:00–18:00), where anyone can get help and advice about computers, tablets, and smartphones. Run by the JFF – Institut für Medienpädagogik, it aims to promote digital participation and offers not just tech support but also guidance on digital communication and culture.
