In early 1943, an isolated area of the Auschwitz concentration camp known as Block 10 becomes the site of brutal medical experiments on hundreds of Jewish women. The Jewish doctor Samuel is forced into an impossible moral choice: assist the ruthless SS physician Prof. Dr. Clauberg in his experiments, or have his daughter killed.
