Halloween on the Waterfront: Parade and Costume Contest
Halloween on the Waterfront is a family-friendly event at the Oval featuring a costume parade and contest from 5:30–6:30pm, followed by an outdoor sunset screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas at around 6:30pm. The event is sponsored by TF Cornerstone.
