Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum praised the resignation of INE president counselor Guadalupe Taddei, who stepped down amid allegations of irregularities in hiring, stating an audit and investigation must take place. She also denounced what she called a misogynistic and sexist degradation from the opposition during the weekend.
