(Mittwoch) Karlsruhe C1 Hochschule 16 Tage vorher
This appears to be a German C1 language exam (likely the telc or Goethe-Zertifikat C1 Hochschule) taking place on a Wednesday in Karlsruhe, with the entry noting a date 16 days beforehand—probably the registration deadline. The "C1 Hochschule" exam certifies advanced German proficiency required for admission to German universities.
