(Freitag) Karlsruhe C1 Hochschule 16 Tage vorher
This appears to be a C1 German language exam (likely "telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule") taking place in Karlsruhe, with the note indicating the date is 16 days before the event—probably a reminder of a preparation deadline or registration cutoff. It seems to be a personal note for planning ahead for the university-level C1 proficiency test.
