This announcement invites people to register for the 7th annual pumpkin festival on Halloween, where they can pick up a pumpkin to carve at home or bring one they've already designed to be displayed as illuminated art in the sculpture park. The event features an exhibition of the carved pumpkins, which creators can pick up after the festival concludes.
