18 Adler Mannheim Kölner Haie
This refers to a German Ice Hockey League (DEL) matchup between the Adler Mannheim (Mannheim Eagles) and the Kölner Haie (Cologne Sharks), two of the league's most traditional and successful clubs. The "18" likely indicates this is the 18th meeting or a matchday fixture in their long-standing rivalry.
