Convicts Invite
"Convicts Invite" appears to be an invitation to a prison- or convict-themed event—likely a costume party, social, or fundraiser where guests dress in striped uniforms or prison attire. That said, the phrase is ambiguous, so I could be off the mark. If you can share more details (the full invitation text, where you saw it, or the context), I can give you a more accurate summary.
