Jugendversammlung und Jugendfest LYC Clubhaus Leuchtenfeld, Am Leuchtenfeld 4, 23570 Lübeck-Travemünde
This appears to be a youth assembly (Jugendversammlung) and youth festival (Jugendfest) held at the LYC Clubhaus in Lübeck-Travemünde. The event likely combines official club business for young members with a celebratory gathering at the Leuchtenfeld clubhouse.
