Saadi dans Va-t'en remonter la France !
This is a piece of political humor/satire: it combines a reference to "Saadi" with comedian Coluche's famous ironic joke — "France is doing better, not better than last year but better than next year!" — mocking the government's optimistic economic claims by twisting the classic "things will get worse before they get better" into a joke that France's situation will only keep declining.
