Palestine 36
**Palestine 36** is a 2025 film by Palestinian director Annemarie Jacir that dramatizes the 1936–1939 Arab revolt in Palestine against British colonial rule and Zionist settlement, following villagers as their lives are upended by the uprising. It is widely described as the largest-budget Palestinian film ever made.
