Fay Lovsky - Hakken in het zand
I don't have reliable details about this specific event. Fay Lovsky is a Dutch singer-songwriter and experimental musician (known for her theremin playing and quirky pop), and "Hakken in het zand" ("Digging one's heels in the sand") appears to be the title of one of her songs or performances, but I can't confirm what this particular event entails without more context.
