Blatoidea
Blattodea (also spelled Blattaria) is an order of insects that includes cockroaches and, in modern classifications, termites as well. These insects are characterized by their flattened bodies, chewing mouthparts, and hemimetabolous (incomplete) metamorphosis, with roughly 4,500 species found worldwide, primarily in warm, humid environments.
