Nass El Ghiwane
Nass El Ghiwane is a legendary Moroccan musical group, formed in the early 1970s in Casablanca, known for blending traditional North African music, poetry, and protest themes with modern instrumentation. Often called "the Rolling Stones of Africa," their performances are celebrated for socially conscious lyrics and energetic fusion of Gnawa, Berber, and Arab musical traditions.
