ATELIER Corps Conscient, Fascias en Mouvement
This atelier is a somatic workshop focused on exploring the body's fascial system through conscious movement, helping participants develop body awareness, release tension, and improve mobility. It combines gentle, mindful movement practices with education about fascia—the connective tissue network—to promote physical and embodied well-being.
