Tosca
*Tosca* is an opera by Giacomo Puccini that tells the story of Floria Tosca, a celebrated singer who must confront the corrupt police chief Scarpia when her lover, the painter Cavaradossi, is arrested for aiding a political fugitive. Set in Rome in 1800, the drama unfolds through themes of love, jealousy, betrayal, and sacrifice, culminating in one of opera's most tragic endings.
