OG Ost Monatstreffen im Ostbüro
This appears to be a monthly meeting of the "OG Ost" (Ortsgruppe Ost / local chapter East), held at the Ostbüro (East Office). It's likely a regular gathering for members of a local organization or political group to discuss current topics, coordinate activities, and plan upcoming events.
