This monthly "Melodious Drum" puja is a practice of prayers and offerings to the Dharma protector Dorje Shugden, who helps and protects pure practitioners by granting blessings, increasing wisdom, fulfilling wishes, and granting success in virtuous activities. It includes a tsog offering, so participants may bring a vegetarian food offering if they wish.
