**Die Fledermaus** is a comedic operetta by Johann Strauss II about a man who gets revenge on a friend for a practical joke by luring him to a lavish party, where disguise and champagne lead to hilarious revelations and a judge ends up in jail. It famously concludes with everyone dancing at a prison celebration the next morning.
