This event is a Guru Yoga practice of Je Tsongkhapa in connection with Highest Yoga Tantra, centered on reliance upon the Spiritual Master while also incorporating the Lamrim stages of the path and Lojong mind training. It includes a Tsog offering, so participants may bring a vegetarian food offering if they wish.
