The Boo Radleys
The Boo Radleys were a British indie/alternative rock band from Liverpool, active from 1988 to 1999, known for blending shoegaze and Britpop sounds—most famously their 1995 UK hit "Wake Up Boo!" from the album *Wake Up!*. (The band took their name from the reclusive character in Harper Lee's novel *To Kill a Mockingbird*.)
