**China Crisis** is an English new wave/pop band formed in 1979 in Kirkby, Merseyside, known for their sophisticated synth-pop and jazzy arrangements and hits like "Wishful Thinking" and "African and White." If you meant something else (e.g., a historical or economic crisis involving China), let me know and I can summarize that instead.
