Kieler Lichtermeer
The **Kieler Lichtermeer** is a demonstration in Kiel, Germany, in which thousands of participants gather carrying lights, lanterns, or phone flashlights to form a "sea of lights"—most notably in early 2024, when large crowds assembled to stand up for democracy, tolerance, and against right-wing extremism and racism.
