With Poetry and Justice for All
The Yiddish Philharmonic Chorus presents "With Poetry and Justice for All," a concert celebrating three anniversaries—the 250th of the Declaration of Independence, the 150th of poet Avrom Reisen's birth, and the 125th of poet Itzik Manger's birth—featuring Yiddish-language choral arrangements of American songs like "This Land Is Your Land" alongside works based on beloved Yiddish poetry.
