Raststätte Jammertal (UA) Wiederaufnahme
This event is the premiere revival of "Raststätte Jammertal," a new play by Alexander Eisenach at the Kassel theater that draws on Heinrich Heine's poetry—particularly *Deutschland. Ein Wintermärchen*—to critically examine German history, current political crises, and the enduring "German Angst," asking whether we are still waiting for Heine's "better song" of emancipation and change.
