This is a 40-minute children's opera by Thierry Tidrow, based on Astrid Lindgren's classic, in which lonely Bertil befriends Nils Karlsson Däumling (Nisse), a tiny boy living in a mousehole. Through music, a magic spell, and their friendship, they overcome every obstacle in a fantastical world performed by a soprano and a speaking violinist.
