This event is the "Karlsruher DWZ Open" in November, a chess tournament organized by the Karlsruhe chess school (Schachschule Karlsruhe) in Germany. "DWZ" refers to the German chess rating system (Deutsche Wertungszahl), so this open tournament likely allows players to compete for rating improvements.
