This is a systematic full-body Pilates course for women and men, held Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:15 at the Kanu Club Limmer in Hannover (Oct 1 – Dec 17, 2026, 10 sessions excluding autumn holidays). Led by sports pedagogue Viktoria Daschevski, the course costs €60 plus €12 room rental per person.
